Regen – wichtig! Auf Murter ist das Wetter meist sehr angenehm und mild. Das Haus liegt wunderbar windgeschützt am Hang eines Berges. Wenn es aber regnet, dann in der Regel kurz, sehr heftig und in Verbindung mit stürmischen Böen. Sollte dies während Ihres Aufenthaltes der Fall sein, bitten wir euch um folgendes: Schließt die Türläden am Wohnzimmer und an den Schlafzimmern zusätzlich zu den Türen. Die Türläden verhindern, dass der Regen gegen die Türen schlägt und ggf. in die Zimmer läuft. Schließt auch die Fenster, um eindringendes Wasser zu verhindern. Aus Erfahrung können wir sagen, dass diese Maßnahmen wichtig sind. Bitte denkt auch daran, wenn ihr das Grundstück für längere Zeit verlasst und es nach Regen aussieht, oder euer Urlaub beendet ist.

Es ist möglich, den Garten und den Hof in den Abendstunden zu beleuchten. Schalter für den Hof findet ihr an den Eingangstüren zu den Zimmern, sie sind mit kleinen Klebern markiert. Zusätzlich findet ihr Schalter für Hoflicht und Gartenlicht rechts von der Gassentür. Das Gartenlicht könnt ihr auch am Schalter links vom Grill unter der Arbeitsplatte an- und aus schalten.
LAGE AM HANG: Da das Grundstück am Berghang liegt und terrassiert ist, gibt es einige Abstufungen und Höhenunterschiede. Damit eure Kinder unversehrt bleiben, weist Sie sie darauf hin, an den Kanten aufmerksam zu sein.
SITZKISSEN FÜR DIE GARTENSTÜHLE: Auf Wunsch einiger Gäste bieten wir nun Sitzpolster für die Gartenstühle an. Diese liegen im Raum bei der Waschmaschine. Damit ihr und folgende Gäste diese prima nutzen können, wäre es meeeega, wenn ihr sie bei Regen und vor eurer Abreise wieder reinlegt. Die Kissen sind nicht wasserfest. Dafür schonmal besten Dank!

Rain – important! On Murter, the weather is usually very pleasant and mild. The house is wonderfully sheltered from the wind on the side of a hill. However, when it rains, it is usually brief but very heavy and accompanied by stormy gusts of wind. If this occurs during your stay, we kindly ask you to do the following:
Close the shutters in the living room and bedrooms in addition to the doors. The shutters prevent the rain from hitting the doors and possibly running into the rooms. Also close the windows to prevent water from entering. From experience, we can say that these measures are important. Please also keep this in mind if you leave the property for a longer period and it looks like rain, or when your vacation is coming to an end.
The stairs may become slippery due to the rain. In this case, please be careful during rainy weather and remind your children as well!
A LIGHT WILL GO ON FOR YOU IN THE GARDEN!!!
It is possible to illuminate the garden and the courtyard in the evening hours. You will find the switch for the courtyard lights at the entrance doors to the rooms; they are marked with small stickers. Additionally, you will find switches for the courtyard light and the garden light to the right of the alley door. You can also switch the garden light on and off using the switch to the left of the grill, under the countertop.
LOCATION ON A SLOPE: Since the property is located on a hillside and is terraced, there are several steps and differences in height. To ensure your children stay safe, please remind them to be careful near the edges.
SEAT CUSHIONS FOR THE GARDEN CHAIRS: At the request of some guests, we now provide seat cushions for the garden chairs. These are located in the room next to the washing machine. So that you and future guests can enjoy them, it would be amazing if you could bring them back inside when it rains and before you leave. The cushions are not waterproof. Many thanks in advance!
